This contract outlines the terms and conditions of your agreement with Raffaz Technology. By making a payment, you confirm your acceptance of these terms, which govern the business processes and sales contract between you and Raffaz Technology, whether you are an individual or an organization.

1. Corporate Website Design: The website design will be completed and ready for your review within 10-15 business days after we receive your payment and all required forms are filled out and submitted. The timeline begins upon the submission of these forms.

2. E-commerce Website Design: The e-commerce website design will be completed and ready for your review within 15-20 business days after payment is received and all required forms are filled out and submitted. The timeline begins upon the submission of these forms.

3. Payment Terms: While we prefer 100% upfront payment, we also offer an installment option to build trust and ensure ongoing good faith. A 70% upfront payment is required, with the remaining balance due after the initial review and during the correction and adjustment phase.

4. Balance Payment: In the event of a delay in the balance payment, prompt communication from the client is expected, specifying the reason for the delay and providing an exact date for when the balance will be paid. Some flexibility is allowed, but the balance must be settled before completing the corrections and adjustments.

5. Late Payment Consequences: If the balance is not paid within the agreed correction time frame and within two to four weeks after the website launch, the website will be taken down.

6. Reinstatement and Penalties: If the website is taken down due to non-payment, additional fees may be applied to reinstate the site. we will charge 10% of the total cost, this include paying the balance plus a fine for intentional delay of balance payment. if after 5 business days of taken down the website and the balance it’s yet unpaid, we will add additional 5% fine of the total cost, every week for 4 week. after 4 weeks of not paying the balance payment and the fine accumulated, we will be force to close business with that client. This means the client has chosen to forfeit all right to their website or mobile app and its file. This policy ensures business integrity and adherence to company regulations.

7. Delivery Guarantee: If Raffaz Technology fails to deliver within the specified time frame (10-15 business days for corporate websites and 15-20 business days for e-commerce sites), the client has the right to request a refund. We guarantee a 60% refund of the deposit. We strive to deliver promptly and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

8. Confidentiality: Raffaz Technology is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and project details. Any proprietary information shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s explicit consent.

9. Intellectual Property Rights: Upon full payment, the client will hold all intellectual property rights to the completed website. Raffaz Technology retains the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

10. Revisions and Scope Changes: Any revisions requested beyond the initial scope of work may incur additional charges. The client will be informed of any additional costs before proceeding with the extra work.

11. Support and Maintenance: Post-launch support and maintenance services are available at an additional cost. Clients are encouraged to subscribe to our maintenance packages for ongoing support and updates to ensure the website remains secure and up-to-date.

12. Force Majeure: Raffaz Technology will not be liable for any delays or failures to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen technical issues.

13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
